2.2. The reservation is confirmed when the customer receives an email or text message with confirmation.
2.3. The Customer is responsible for providing correct contact information.
2.4. Reservation time can be changed or canceled by contacting the salon at least 12 hours before the visit.

3. Payments
3.1. The website does not accept direct payments by bank card, unless otherwise stated on the website.
3.2. Payment for services is made on site in the salon using a card or cash.
3.3. If online payment is introduced in the future, the information will be updated in these terms and conditions.

4. Gift cards
4.1. Gift cards are valid until the date indicated on the card.
4.2. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3. Lost gift cards are not replaced.

5. Procedure for providing services
5.1. The salon provides services in a quality, safe manner and in accordance with professional standards.
5.2. The client undertakes to provide truthful information about their health condition, which may affect the course of the procedure.
5.3. The salon reserves the right to refuse to provide a service if it may endanger the client's health.
